Journal of Applied Food Technology (JAFT) is a peer reviewed journal which is an official worldwide publication of Indonesian Food Technologist Community (www.ift.or.id).
The journal covers six topics:
• Food Technologies,
• Food Quality and Safety,
• Nutrition and Health Products,
• Food Service Management,
• Food Bio-resources Technology
• Bio-energy resources and waste/byproduct.
The description of sub topic is available at journal scope in the main menu. All manuscript submission should be sent using online submission system at www.j-aft.com to editor. Manuscript will be peer reviewed by our scientific editor and guided until your manuscript are able to be published. The service for manuscript's clinic is also provided, please check our service link in the main menu. We only receive the manuscript about six coverage topics mentioned above.
